Open to legal residents of the fifty United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees and contractors of Sponsor, and their immediate family members, are not eligible. Void outside the United States and wherever prohibited or restricted by law.
The Promotion begins 28 August 2026 at 12:00 AM Eastern Time and ends 30 September 2026 at 11:59 PM Eastern Time. Entries received outside this window are not eligible.
Enter for free in either of the following ways during the entry period. Each person may enter once; joining both ways still counts as one entry.
Joining is free. No purchase, payment, subscription fee, or agency signup is necessary to enter or win.
One (1) winner will receive $250.00 USD, paid electronically (for example by PayPal, Venmo, or Zelle, at the winner's choice from the options Sponsor offers). Approximate retail value: $250.00 USD. The prize is not transferable and no substitution is available, except that Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary. Any taxes on the prize are the winner's responsibility.
One winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries within seven (7) days after the entry period ends. The winner will be notified by Discord direct message or by email at the address used to enter. If a potential winner does not respond within seven (7) days of the first notification attempt, or is found ineligible, the prize is forfeited and an alternate winner may be drawn.
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the entry period.
Except where prohibited, acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to announce the winner's first name and Discord handle or first name and last initial in the Discord server and newsletter, without additional compensation. Entrant information is handled as described in the applicable privacy notices and is not sold to third parties.
By entering, entrants agree to these official rules and to the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding. Sponsor may disqualify any entry made by bot, script, or other automated means, or by anyone who tampers with the entry process. Sponsor may cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion if fraud or a technical failure impairs its integrity, in which case the winner will be drawn from eligible entries received before the impairment.
Except where prohibited, all issues concerning these rules or the Promotion are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Sponsor resides, without regard to conflict of law rules, and any dispute will be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action.
