When you write in, tell us the email address on your account and roughly when the problem happened. That is usually enough for us to find it.
Daily Affiliate is free, but it is not open to the public. It is a community tool, so access comes from being in the community. There are three ways in:
There is no card, no trial and no subscription. If you believe you should have access and do not, email us and we will check your address against the list.
Daily Affiliate does not use passwords. You enter your email address and we send you a one-time sign-in code. Entering that code signs you in and keeps you signed in on that device.
If none of that works, email us and we will sign you in manually.
When you first sign up you answer a short set of questions: what you sell, and honestly where you are right now. Your list is built from those answers, so a creator who has not made a sale yet gets a different day from someone doing this full time.
Open the Today screen and use Edit. You can change how many videos, how many LIVE hours and which items appear at all. Counters can be adjusted up and down as you go, and items carry daily, weekly or monthly rhythms.
The strip under your list shows the last seven days. Streaks are the mechanic behind the commission tiers on Proxera-managed shops, so they are worth protecting.
The Brief reads the week for you across Shop, Social and Affiliate, and gives each item a short do-this action. Pick a topic and generate an edition. If an edition fails to generate, try again in a few minutes; if it keeps failing, tell us which topic you picked.
The Rates screen shows the commission Proxera has negotiated on a basket of offers, compared against the public rate on the same products. Until you link your account, the figures shown are a worked example rather than your own numbers, and the screen says so.
Nobody pays for this. It is part of being in the community.
TikTok does not let third-party apps read your sales unless you are connected to a partner agency. Proxera is an authorized TikTok Shop CAP, TAP and TSP, which is what makes linking possible.
Until you link, the Numbers screen stays locked and tells you what it would show. Once linked, daily sales and commission, which videos actually made money, and which products are worth posting again appear on their own.
Linking is optional. Everything else in the app works without it, and you can ask us to unlink at any time.

You can delete your account and everything attached to it. Email noah@proxera.io from the address on the account, or use the delete option in the app where available. We remove your profile, your habit history and your saved briefs, and confirm by email once it is done.
Ask us and we will send you a copy of what we hold on you in a machine-readable file.
Your day is stored against your account and cached on the device. Signing out and back in restores it. If it is still empty, tell us the date and we will restore from our copy.
This is usually a browser or device set to block local storage, or a private window. Use a normal window and allow site data.
Email us. Include a screenshot if you can. It saves a round trip.
