Daily Affiliate privacy policy

This policy explains what Daily Affiliate collects, why it collects it, where it is stored and how to get rid of it. It covers the Daily Affiliate mobile app and web app operated by Proxera.

The short version

We collect what the app needs to build your daily list and, if you choose to link it, your TikTok Shop performance. We do not sell your data, we do not share it with advertisers, and we do not use it to train advertising profiles.

You can ask for a copy of everything we hold, or ask us to delete all of it, at any time, by writing to noah@proxera.io.

What we collect

All of the following comes from you, either at sign-up or as you use the app. None of it is bought from third parties.

Account
Your email address. We use one-time email codes instead of passwords, so we never hold a password for you.
Profile
First name, TikTok handle, the product categories you sell in, and your self-reported stage: whether you are just getting started, making first sales, earning steadily, or doing this full time.
How you work
Which days you work, how much time you have, your filming window, your follower range, your GMV range, whether you are already with an agency, brands you work with, and your goal. These shape the list and nothing else.
Phone number
Optional. Only collected if you provide it and opt in, and only used to send you app-related messages. You can withdraw this at any time and we will delete the number.
Usage
Your daily targets, which items you completed and when, your streak history, and which brief editions you generated.
Commerce
Only if you link your TikTok Shop account. See the TikTok Shop section below.

We do not collect your location, your contacts, your photo library, your device identifiers for advertising, or your browsing activity on other sites.

Why we collect it

  • To build your day. Your stage, categories and available time are what make your list different from a blank template.
  • To keep your progress. Completion history and streaks need to persist across devices and sessions.
  • To apply commission tiers. Consistency on Daily Affiliate is what moves creators up the commission tiers on shops Proxera manages, so we need to know your streak to honour it.
  • To sign you in. Your email address receives the one-time code.
  • To answer support requests. If you write in, we look at your account to help.

We do not use your data for advertising, we do not build profiles of you for third parties, and we do not sell it. There is no advertising in Daily Affiliate.

TikTok Shop data

Linking your TikTok Shop account is optional, and the app works without it. TikTok does not permit third-party apps to read seller performance unless the app is connected through an authorized partner agency; Proxera is an authorized TikTok Shop CAP, TAP and TSP, which is what makes the connection possible.

If you link, we receive your attributed sales, commission earned, and the performance of the videos and products tied to your account. We use this only to populate your Numbers screen and to apply the correct commission rate. We do not share it with other creators, and we do not publish it.

You can ask us to unlink at any time by emailing us. Unlinking stops any further data flowing to us and we delete what we already hold on request.

Where it is stored

Your account and app data are stored in a hosted Supabase database, which runs on cloud infrastructure and is protected in transit by TLS and at rest by the provider's encryption.

The app also keeps a copy of your current state on your own device so it works quickly and survives a dropped connection. That local copy includes your sign-in token, your profile answers, your habits and your recent log. Signing out or deleting the app removes it.

Who else touches it

We keep this list short on purpose. The services below process data on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.

Supabase
Database, authentication and server functions. Stores your account, profile and history.
beehiiv
Newsletter delivery, if you subscribed to Social Commerce Future. Holds your email address only.
TikTok Shop
Source of your commerce data, only if you have linked your account.

We may also disclose data if we are legally required to, or to protect the rights and safety of our users. If Proxera is ever acquired or merged, your data may transfer as part of that, and we will tell you before it does.

How long we keep it

  • While your account is active, we keep your profile, habits and history so the app works.
  • If you delete your account, we remove your personal data within 30 days.
  • If your account is dormant for 24 months, we may delete it. We will email you first.
  • Support emails are kept for 12 months so we have context if you write again.

We may retain anonymised, aggregated figures that cannot identify you, for example how many people generated a brief in a given week.

Your rights

Wherever you live, you can ask us to:

  • Send you a copy of everything we hold on you, in a machine-readable file
  • Correct anything that is wrong
  • Delete your account and all data attached to it
  • Stop sending you email or SMS, without losing access to the app
  • Unlink your TikTok Shop account

If you are in the UK, EU or EEA, the UK GDPR and GDPR give you these rights and also the right to object to processing and to complain to your local data protection authority. Our lawful basis is your consent for optional items such as SMS, and legitimate interest or contract for running the app you asked to use.

If you are in California, the CCPA gives you the right to know what we collect, to delete it, and not to be discriminated against for asking. We do not sell personal information, and we have not in the preceding twelve months.

To exercise any of this, email noah@proxera.io. We respond within 30 days.

Deleting your account

Email noah@proxera.io from the address on your account, or use the delete option in the app where available. We delete your profile, your habit history, your saved briefs and any linked commerce data, and confirm by email once it is done.

Deletion is permanent. We cannot restore a deleted account.

Children

Daily Affiliate is a tool for people running a commercial TikTok Shop operation and is not directed at children. You must be at least 18 to use it, in line with TikTok Shop's own seller requirements. If we learn we hold data from a child, we delete it.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle your data in a way that materially affects you, we will update the date at the top of this page and email you before the change takes effect. Continuing to use the app after that means you accept the updated policy.
